Blend Felt ( P84 + Nomex + Fibre Glass )
The compound filter materials are the latest developed products, for achieving comprehensive good performance to resist high-temperature, wearing, folding broken, corrosion, and get higher strength on tension and felt fiber stripping.
The advantage of fiber blend fabrication, is especially important with Glass Fiber felt, to rapidly improve the processing performance: no or minimize the damage to the filtration felt during processing.
With various blending solution, & treatment to the surface, the felt products can combine various features in one: clean up the dust, water & oil resistance, anti-statics. Working temperature ranges: 180℃-260℃.
It is widely used in metallurgical industry, cement & nonferrous metal industry, chemical industry, Building material industry, power industry, etc.
